By recording the contracts (business contracts, service and maintenance contracts, standing orders, etc.) we always have an overview of all active and inactive contracts per property or globally per owner.  Controls, deadlines and dates are automatically monitored. If, for example, a possible termination date or an option solution is imminent, the responsible persons are automatically informed in good time.

Task is order management made easy. Messages are recorded digitally and skilled workers are commissioned digitally. This not only makes us efficient but also allows us to monitor and process all open orders easily and transparently. Is a competence sum exceeded and does it require the owner's consent? Are quotes to be obtained? No problem with Task.
 

All orders are interlinked with the respective real estate property, the real estate object and the tenant.  This enables us to prepare comprehensive reports on the case processing. This is central in the case of increased requirements of the owner (e.g. pension funds).

With Approval we process the daily incoming invoices digitally and relevant information is automatically read from the invoices. In conjunction with active contracts from Contract or completed orders from Task, the checking and processing of incoming invoices is fast, transparent and efficient. Object allocations and account assignment templates are taken over or the amount of the offer, competence sum or a cost ceiling per order is checked automatically. The management or the accounting department will check and/or process the transactions independent of location, time and device, which leads to a fast print run and an optimal cash discount utilisation.
 

Finally, everything is documented and archived together with the invoice, from the placing of the order to the release of the invoice.
